Synopsis:

A fictional comedy film set in a parallel reality where the United States is a developing country and Egypt is a major world force. An American man (Bassem Samra) tries in every way possible to immigrate to Egypt, the country where dreams come true, but his country's extensive bureaucratic procedures stand in his way.
